I was approached by Molecule VFX to turn around a project somewhat quickly. The ask was to design and animate 3 Snapchat inspired Kitty-filters and track them over footage of Queen Latifah and her co-stars dancing. The technical challenge was to design something that would read well from behind and as a profile shot, so I opted to design and animate the filters in 3D, and do the tracking in After Effects.
